How information is used when you contact us or use the team studio.
1. Information you provide
We use the contact details, business information, project materials, and correspondence you choose to provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver work, and provide support. Please provide only information needed for the project.
2. Contact forms
The current contact form prepares an email in your email application. You must send that email yourself; preparing it does not submit or store an inquiry on this website. The message is handled by your email provider and our business email provider when sent.
3. Team studio and local storage
Authorized team accounts store usernames, email addresses, password hashes, access roles, sessions, project records, and uploaded assets. Passwords are not stored as readable text. The studio uses a secure sign-in cookie, and browser storage may retain estimate selections, interface preferences, and local project drafts. You can clear browser storage, which may remove unsynced drafts.
4. Payments
If you pay through a Stripe-hosted invoice or checkout, Stripe handles the payment details under its privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. We use transaction and billing information to reconcile payments and provide support. Do not enter payment details into a project inquiry or send them by email.
5. Service providers and security
Hosting, storage, email, and payment providers process information needed to operate these services. Access is limited to authorized people who need it for the work. Operational and security records may include request information and account activity. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to deliver services, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Email help@skywardclicks.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes; we will explain applicable limits.
